Seashore Stampers Blog Hop - Quick & Easy Christmas Card

Image
Next week is December!!! Caught you by surprise?? Don't have enough hand-made Christmas cards ready to send out? Well this post will hopefully give you an idea for a quick & easy card design. And if you want to make multiple cards at the same time, the key is to measure all your card stock and cut out all the elements. Assembly then becomes much easier. With the same size card base, you can make two orientations, one portrait, the other landscape. The stamp set I used is the Christmas Pines with the coordinating framelits for the pine cones. Card Supplies: You will need a card base that measures 8.5 x 11, scored at 4-1/4; one is cherry Cobbler, the other in Early Espresso. DSP (designer series paper) that measures 4 x 5-1/4 inches. Scrap Whisper White for stamping. Scrap Cherry Cobbler and Early Espresso for the scalloped ovals. I prefer stamping then cutting so I took pie...

My OnStage 2016 Experience

Image
WARNING! This is a rather long post so get yourself a beverage and enjoy. This past weekend I attended my first Stampin' Up! conference called On Stage. What is OnStage? OnStage is an exciting events program designed to bring together Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from all over the world; it allows them to share the excitement surrounding catalog launches, be recognized for their achievements, receive business training, and feel a part of the global Stampin’ Up! community. OnStage is also a little bit like attending a very big (and very fun!) party. You’ll meet new friends, swap, create Make & Takes, take home free products, and much more! Can you attend events in other countries? Yes! You’re welcome to join us at OnStage anywhere in the world, but we encourage you to attend an OnStage event near you to save on travel costs. OnStage Live is a global event held every April and November and coincides with the launch of our annual and occasions catalogs. This event rotates...

Host Code for Online Ordering

Image
I'm introducing Host Codes starting the month of November 2016 for those of you who enjoy the convenience of shopping online but still having the option to deliver to me or to your home. The current month's host code will be placed on my blog's home page on the right-hand side. Use the Host Code when placing orders under $200**.  Be sure to enter the Host Code in the Shopping Bag prior to checking out. The following photo indicates where the field for entering the Host Code is located on the Shopping Bag page. Each order is grouped into one and will be submitted by me on the last day of the month. **If you plan on spending over $200 you become your own Host in order to earn Stampin' Rewards so there is no need to use the Host Code.
